Development of a Novel Sensor Based on Polypyrrole Doped with Potassium Hexacyanoferrate (II) for Detection of L-Tryptophan in Pharmaceutics

چکیده
This study describes the development of a new sensor with applicability in determination and quantification yjr essential amino acid (AA) L-tryptophan (L-TRP) from pharmaceutical products. The proposed is based on carbon screen-printed electrode (SPCE) modified conductor polymer polypyrrole (PPy) doped potassium hexacyanoferrate (II) (FeCN). For modification SPCE PPy FeCN, chronoamperometry (CA) method was used. electrochemical behavior sensitive properties when detecting L-TRP, cyclic voltammetry (CV) developed has shown high sensibility, low detection limit (LOD) up to 1.05 × 10−7 M, (LOQ) equal 3.51 M wide linearity range between 3.3 1.06 10−5 M. analytical performances device were studied for AA L-TRP products, obtaining excellent results. validation electroanalytical performed by using standard good
